Tokenized Real Estate Platforms Ranked — October 2026

Ranked by market value — outstanding tokens times the last price each one actually traded at, calculated the same way on all four. It ranks by size, not by health: read the 12-month change beside it and the columns after it, which is where a platform that has stopped paying shows up.

Figures are measured from public records and on-chain trades, not from platform marketing, and are recalculated on every update. Coverage travels with each one: a count like "29 / 79" is the denominator we could actually check.

How these are measured

  • Still paying — listings not flagged as stalled, over the listings whose payout status is known. The basis differs by platform and is printed with each figure.
  • Turnover — 90 days of executed volume over market value. The one liquidity figure that survives a 27x difference in platform size.
  • Market value — outstanding tokens times the last price each one actually traded at, on all four platforms alike.
  • vs issue — median last traded price against issue price, across listings that have traded. Never-traded listings are excluded: they would price at exactly par by definition.
  • New in 12m — offerings opened in the last year, dated by token issuance rather than by when a tenant started paying.
